We're seeking a Drupal Architect to provide technical leadership and strategic vision for enterprise-scale web platforms within the U.S. Federal Government sector. The ideal candidate will bridge complex business requirements with robust, compliant technical solutions, ensuring system integrity, scalability, and security for mission-critical applications.

Requirements
- Architecture and Design: Lead the design and implementation of highly available, secure, and scalable Drupal (10/11) web architectures for federal agencies. Define technology stacks, data models, and integration strategies for multi-site environments.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Architect and oversee the migration, operations, and maintenance of Drupal platforms hosted in secure government cloud environments like AWS GovCloud.
- Security & Compliance: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for federal compliance, including Section 508 accessibility (WCAG), FISMA, and RMF standards. Implement robust security protocols and lead vulnerability remediation efforts.
- Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance, mentorship, and perform extensive code reviews for senior and junior development teams, ensuring adherence to Drupal best practices and coding standards.
- DevOps & Operations: Define and manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab), configuration management, and deployment workflows, ensuring reliable and automated release processes across environments.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical liaison for government stakeholders, translating technical details into clear communication and managing project planning, prioritization, and risk.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of IT/web development experience
- Technical Proficiency: Drupal 7-11 architecture, AWS, USWDS, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab
- Clearance: Must possess a DoD Secret Clearance.
