Overview
Supports production and supplier operations for mission-critical defense electronics through rapid troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production and supplier hardware issues impacting defense systems
  
• Conduct root-cause investigations on complex electronic assemblies
  
• Drive engineering changes through formal configuration control processes
  
• Support production test, reliability, and yield improvement efforts
  
• Interface with suppliers and participate in technical reviews
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  
• 3+ years supporting electronic hardware in production or test environments
  
• Experience troubleshooting digital, analog, RF, or mixed-signal electronics
  
• Proficiency with standard electronic lab equipment
  
• Ability to interpret engineering documentation
  

Preferred

• Aerospace or defense program experience
  
• CCA, RF, sensor, or subsystem integration and test experience
  
• Knowledge of SPC and configuration management
