Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Scheduler to join our team!

This role is critical to ensuring project timelines are met and resources are effectively allocated to achieve organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise to include significant experience in developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), coordinating with stakeholders, and resolving scheduling conflicts across complex projects.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Develop, maintain, and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with project managers, team leads, and stakeholders to gather inputs, validate schedules, and ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, and dependencies across projects.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership, highlighting risks, delays, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
  • Implement scheduling best practices, tools, and methodologies to optimize project timelines and resource allocation.
  • Conduct schedule risk analysis and recommend mitigation strategies to address potential delays.
  • Support program reviews, audits, and reporting requirements by providing detailed schedule data and analysis.


What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project scheduling, program management, or a related role.
  • Expertise in developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling software.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, risk, and resource management.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and facilitate effective communication across teams.
  • Experience in schedule risk analysis and deconfliction strategies.
  • Active Top Secret Clearance


What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP) is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in industries such as Intelligence Community (IC), Defense, and technology-related sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $100,900.00 - $176,600.00
