The Vice President of Talent Management and Agentic Learning will lead our strategic workforce initiatives, develop cutting-edge talent programs, and shape the future of our organization in an increasingly AI-driven world. This critical leadership role is responsible for workforce development and planning, talent acquisition forecasting, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, onboarding, and both HR and business centric training and development programs. The VP will leverage AI and automation to advance these initiatives, ensuring our organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking HR leader with a deep understanding of talent management, an appreciation for the transformative potential of AI and automation, and a passion for creating impactful, employee-centric programs that drive business success.

Our team is responsible for government affairs, international strategy, international business, and trade and regulatory compliance. We provide strategic guidance across the organization, helping to find alignment and compliance between SNC and the national security priorities of the U.S. government.

Key Responsibilities:

Workforce Development and Planning:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive workforce planning strategy to ensure the organization has the right talent to meet current and future business needs.
  • Utilize AI-driven tools and analytics to forecast talent needs, identify skills gaps, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Partner with leadership to align workforce plans with business goals and drive organizational agility.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to develop AI-powered talent acquisition strategies that identify, attract, and hire top talent.
  • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth, market trends, and workforce analytics.


Succession Planning:
  • Develop and implement robust succession planning frameworks to ensure leadership continuity and business resilience.
  • Use predictive analytics to identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.


Leadership Development:
  • Lead the design and execution of leadership development programs that cultivate agile, innovative, and emotionally intelligent leaders.
  • Leverage AI-powered learning platforms to deliver personalized development experiences for leaders at all levels.
  • Partner with senior executives to identify and address leadership capability gaps.


Employee Engagement:
  • Champion initiatives that foster a culture of engagement, belonging, and purpose across the organization.
  • Utilize AI tools to analyze engagement data, identify trends, and design targeted interventions to improve employee experience.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on strategies to motivate and retain top talent.


Training and Onboarding:
  • Oversee the creation of comprehensive onboarding experiences that accelerate new hires' integration and productivity.
  • Lead the development of training programs powered by AI and automation to deliver personalized, scalable learning experiences.
  • Promote a culture of agentic learning by empowering employees to take ownership of their development through innovative learning platforms.


Talent Identification and Development:
  • Develop and implement programs to identify, nurture, and retain high-potential talent across the organization.
  • Utilize AI-driven performance management systems to track and analyze employee growth and development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous feedback, coaching, and development at all levels.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 18+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on talent management, workforce planning, and employee development.
  • Proven expertise in leveraging AI and automation to drive HR initiatives and improve outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of workforce trends, including the impact of technology on the future of work.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute large-scale talent programs that align with business objectives.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments and managing change effectively.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $292,941.61 - $402,794.71. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants.
