Job Description:

Tria Federal is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Systems Administrator to join a collaborative and dynamic IT team. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, solid analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience using their in-depth understanding of information systems, security, and computing solutions. This role is required to be on-site at our Windsor Mill location in Baltimore, Maryland.

He/she will use their interpersonal skills to communicate and provide IT service desk support to a hybrid workforce. This role requires knowledge of the MacOS environment and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Basic Requirements:
  • Minimum of an A.S. in applied science (Computer/Network) Will consider two years of college or trade school education in computer, networking, or computer security field
  • 3-5 years of experience required
  • Must be able to commute daily to our Woodlawn, MD Office
  • MacOS and Microsoft Windows
  • Microsoft Azure / Entra ID (Active Directory), Microsoft 365 Admin Center
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot)
  • IT asset management - maintain and track inventory

Additional Qualifications:
  • A+ and/or Network+ Certification
  • Strong time management; able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Clear and patient communicator, especially with non-technical users
  • Highly responsive and professional in demeanor
  • Knowledge of FreshService Service Desk System

Responsibilities:
  • Provide IT service desk support to a hybrid workforce
  • Configure and maintain networked computers (hardware, software, applications)
  • Optimize IT operations for performance and security
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Support remote offices using remote access tools
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and tracking
  • Document processes and technical work accurately
  • Explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
  • Uphold company IT policies and standards

Ability to pass a minimum background investigation

Work Location: ON-SITE SUPPORT AT OUR CORPORATE OFFICE in WOODLAWN, MD

Salary Range

$45,000 - $50,000 USD
