LOGISTICS ANALYST SENIOR

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
• Shipments: Help with the tracking of shipments to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining accurate records of stock and shipments.
• Documentation: Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices and packing lists.
• Communication: Liaise with freight forwarders, and internal departments to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to shipping delays, damaged goods or discrepancies in orders.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding transportation and logistics.
Bring your supply chain and logistics expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Logistics Analyst Senior must have:
• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• Experience: 5+ years of related experience in logistics or supply chain
• Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/Poly
• US citizenship required
• Role requirements:
• This position requires working in a warehouse, with occasional travel to meet with suppliers or clients. Must be willing to get a DOT physical, learn to drive trucks, and learn to operate forklifts.
