Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a Criticality, Trust and Assurance Engineering Lead to support our work as a prime contractor on a high-profile U.S. Navy weapon system. The candidate for the Criticality, Trust and Assurance Lead should be a self-starter with a keen eye for detail as it relates to technical execution. The candidate should have a demonstrated competency in the evaluation of Systems Engineering Technical Readiness Review (SETRR) for Research Development Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) programs. To be successful, the candidate must understand the importance of implementing Systems Security Engineering (SSE) early in the design phase of the engineering lifecycle. Early risk identification and mitigation is a key tenant in the proper integration of SSE into a Weapons System.

This position will also assist the government and prime contractors in the execution of Criticality Analysis (CA) for independent mission threads to accomplish defense in depth for Mission Critical Functions (MCFs) and Critical Components (CCs), as well. Being aware of the Anti-Tamper (AT) community's best practices and relevant publications such as the AT Technical Instruction Guide (TIG) and AT Framework is of the utmost importance. There will be 10 to 20% travel required to support this position.
