Job Description

BryceTech is currently looking for a Foreign Military Sales Specialist. This position will be supporting Capability Program Executive Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (CPE CBRND) which manages our Nation's investments in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) defense equipment and medical countermeasures (MCMs).

The Person in this role will require:
  • Ability to track requirements, manage budgets, and provide programmatic recommendations.
  • Track program execution and milestone completion by maintaining a biweekly status report that demonstrates alignment with at least three strategic objectives.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong customer alliances by documenting engagement activities with a minimum of five key stakeholders per quarter and summarizing outcomes in quarterly reports.
  • Analyze program requirements and track progress by producing a requirements analysis report for each new acquisition project and ensuring resource allocation is documented for at least 90% of active rapid acquisition efforts monthly.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of acquisition planning and life cycle management processes for at least three programs supporting Geographical Combatant Commands each quarter, submitting written recommendations within ten business days of each review.
  • Design and deliver at least two sustainment strategy documents annually and conduct a minimum of two training sessions per quarter for Partner Nation stakeholders, with attendance logs and feedback summaries included.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, executing, and equipping initiatives for Partner Nations by maintaining a monthly planning calendar and submitting execution status reports within ten days of each initiative's completion.
  • Implement and document monitoring protocols for acquisition-sensitive materials and conduct quarterly audits with compliance reports detailing findings and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate and respond to Partner Nation requests for CBRNE defense equipment within five business days and track fulfillment status in monthly reports.
  • Maintain a centralized database of Partner Nation Projects and Foreign Military Sales Cases and submit monthly data quality reports ensuring 100% accuracy and completeness.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between Defense Agencies and JPEO-CBRND by coordinating at least two interagency meetings per month and providing meeting summaries and action item trackers within three business days.
  • Support international programs by delivering acquisition planning inputs and life cycle logistics documentation for at least three programs per quarter and tracking progress against milestones monthly.
  • Coordinate and align actions with Geographical Combatant Commands and submit quarterly reports detailing mission alignment and operational outcomes


Qualifications

The experience and certification requirements listed below are essential to successfully perform the tasks above:
  • 5 years of working knowledge of CBRNE operations; military experience desired
  • 5 years of experience with CBRNE consequence management and technical escort operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, international relations, or a related field
  • Secret Clearance
