Overview:
In this role you will be responsible for the accuracy, security, and availability of identity data, supports identity management and access control functions, and advises on best practices and strategic initiatives. Provide guidance and support to IT and security teams on identity management practices and policies. Ensure data integrity through regular audits and assessments. Develop, implement, and manage access control policies to safeguard identity information. You will maintain close stakeholder relationships and work side-by-side with managers of IAM program workstreams.

Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Experience with directory services, such as Active Directory or Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Microsoft Identity Manager. Understanding of identity management tools (e.g. Okta, SailPoint and ForgeRock) and Network Hardware (Routers, Switches, and Firewalls). Generate detailed reports on identity data management, access control activities, and system performance
Comprehensive knowledge of:
- Radiant Logic's role in a cohesive IAM program
- Implementing Radiant Logic to support IGA and PAM solutions
- Radiant Logic functions and implementation principles, including custom connectors
Thorough knowledge of:
- Agile development methodologies
- Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)
- Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Active Directory
General knowledge of:
- IAM's place in a zero-trust security architecture
- DevOps
- At least one major cloud service provider (CSP): AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Working knowledge of at least two of the following:
- System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM)
- Representational State Transfer (REST) API's
- Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) API's
- Java programming language
Requirements:
- US Citizen
- Active Secret Clearance Required
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (Must meet DOD IAT II Requirements)
- Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)
- Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Active Directory
- At least 4 years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions
- At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing Radiant logic
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of a Radiant Logic certification
- Experience working in or with the US federal government
