IT Project and Operations Analyst (MSIC)

Join our team as an IT Project and Operations Analyst , supporting the Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC), where you provide project management and operational support for a broad-scoped IT environment. This position blends excellent Microsoft Office, communications, and documentation skills. We are looking for an innovative professional who can bridge the gap between our technical team and operations in support of mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Document and maintain project information, including budgets, schedules, tasks, procurement activity, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate resourcing actions to ensure timely project execution.
• Track and follow through on assigned tasks, milestones, and project dependencies
• Support senior project management with critical operational actions in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare clear and timely reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Work independently to problem-solve, prioritize, and move tasks to completion with minimal oversight.

Required Experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of related experience
• U.S. Citizenship required; Active DoD Top Secret clearance with eligibility for TS//SCI and Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph within 180 days of hire.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility and program accesses as required.
• CompTIA Security+ CE, ISC2 SSCP, or equivalent baseline security certification.
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership actions
• Demonstrated experience communicating with senior leaders in a professional manner
• Expertise with Microsoft Office products such as Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience training others in task execution.
• Information Technology experience with strong preference for a background in systems or network administration to support understanding of projects, tasks, and related purchases.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, challenging environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership actions in DoD/DoW environments.
• Demonstrated experience communicating between senior leaders professionally in DoD/DoW environments.
• Active TS//SCI clearance with a current CI Scope Polygraph.
