Work Schedule (Onsite): Five (5) days a week, onsite at the customer’s facility
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Senior Relationship Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for high-level government and private sector partners, ensuring strong communication, collaboration, and alignment across initiatives. This role involves developing strategic processes, managing partner relationships, and supporting executive-level engagements. The position requires extensive experience navigating complex environments, providing expert recommendations, and delivering clear, professional communications to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Requirements
Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for a specific group of internal and external partners. Build knowledge of government and private sector processes
Appropriately direct partner questions or concerns to proper POCs
Identify and anticipate potential connections or impacts to assigned partner group and working with management to message and/or address issues that arise
Partner with other units to draft executive and high-profile materials, communications, products, etc. Gather and analyze partner feedback and input using electronic/telephonic surveys
Analyze and craft recommendations around new processes/policies/tools based on feedback
Develop and implement business processes to include but not be limited to membership, vetting, field partner identification, communication flows, and private sector campaign proposals
Attend and support executive and high-profile in-person events and webinars. Brief senior leaders and executives on program status
Draft professional, polished, and effective written messaging to internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be a United States Citizen and present proof of Citizenship, if selected
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience
Experience working at the highest levels of government organizations or private sector corporations (Capitol Hill, Pentagon, DHS, etc.)
Experience providing expertise and customer service to customers and stakeholders
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on communicating detailed analysis, recommendation to customers, and executive-level briefings
Demonstration of political savvy, ability to navigate difficult conversations, and clear understanding of information boundaries. Experience working independently and in collaborative environments
Working proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
