You will be the Test Technician for the Technical Production Test team. Our team is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues on various hardware systems, including missile guidance sets, military vehicles, and launch containers, to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Additional specialized training equivalent to a technical associate degree or demonstrated ability to perform technical/para-engineering tasks with 1 year of experience
• Ability to acquire and maintain a Department of Defense Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Technical associate degree
• Work experience in maintenance, production, test, or related fields
• Electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting
• Basic blueprint reading / understanding of schematics, technical drawings, industry specifications
• Computer skills
• Knowledge of Electrostatic Discharge and ESD mitigation principles
• Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9000
• Previous experience using automated test equipment is a plus
• Heavy equipment/machine operation (industrial/construction/farm/etc.) is a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues using a standard digital multimeter (DMM) is a plus
• Familiarity with advanced test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital power supplies, signal generators, digital multimeters is a plus
• Experience with mate/de-mate of electrical connectors is a plus
• Team player with demonstrated initiative and accountability
• Effective interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Ethical integrity and business professionalism
