The Work
As a Cyber Resiliency Associate Manager, you will serve as the primary interface and lead for Moorestown NJ's RDT&E information systems, reporting directly to a Cyber Senior Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring that program teams deliver high-value, resiliency-focused engineering solutions and meet performance objectives across cost, schedule, and technical commitments.
Primary Responsibilities
The Cyber Systems Security Engineering Associate Manager position is primarily responsible for building, maintaining, and delivering a cyber engineering capability to support multiple Research Development Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) programs, within the RMS Cyber Resiliency Governance & Risk Compliance (GRC) discipline. Within the RMS Cyber Resiliency organization, leaders are expected, and empowered, to run and operate their organizations as business owners. Within this model, the selected candidate is expected to perform in several leadership capacities.
In your technical leadership capacity, you will be responsible for developing, growing and maturing a high performing team of cyber engineers, with the technical expertise to support the development and delivery of cyber resilient products and solutions.
In your operational leadership capacity, you will be responsible for driving their team's operational excellence and technical execution through process standardization and improvement; and working closely with program leadership and other functional leaders, in order to meet/ exceed our business commitments.
As a business leader, the selected candidate will be responsible for employee recruitment, selection and training, performance management, salary planning, recognition/reward.

This positions requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance at the Secret level to start.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Graduate degree in engineering or other STEM related field
- Previous experience leading a cyber security or systems engineering team
- Previous experience leading sophisticated engineering projects
- Previous experience leading cross-functional teams
- Active Secret clearance to start
- Understanding of Cyber Security implementations and Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Experience with vulnerability and compliance assessments
- Experience with cybersecurity tool capability development and administration across a broad array of information systems
- Experience in participating with government inspections (CORA, SAV, CVT)
- IAT II Certification

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $123,500 - $217,695. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
