This Senior Engineer position will support a cross-functional, multi-site team, working in a dynamic customer environment with geographically dispersed teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced program environment, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

THE WORK
In this role you will:
• Contribute to the development of PLM design solutions that address complex engineering problems across the product lifecycle.
• Integrate various 3rd party and custom applications into the PLM ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient workflows.
• Serve as an IT liaison for hardware, network, and system changes related to PLM and engineering toolsets, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Coordinate with Design Engineering, Manufacturing & Operations teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Provide technical direction, documentation, and sustaining support to ensure the successful implementation of PLM solutions.
• Act as a core member of a multi-disciplinary team, representing DevSecOps capabilities, to support software development and integration activities for end-users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and support 1LMX business transformation initiatives, driving digital transformation and innovation

Basic Qualifications:
• Prior experience supporting lifecycle phases for business-critical applications, including design, development, deployment, and sustainment.
• Windchill (PLM) experience in Hardware, Configuration Management, and Operations.
• Experience with integration and/or utilization of PLM systems, including processes, architectures, and data models.
• CREO and/or CATIA V5+ experience.
• Experience building, communicating, and executing technical and/or functional roadmaps.
• Self-motivated and active learner, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and briefing/presentation communications skills.
• Experience leading virtual teams.
• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline, or combined education/experience in a relevant technical field.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with PTC Product Suite, including Windchill and Creo Parametric.
• Familiarity with 3DExperience.
• Experience with development, implementation, and testing of standard CAD, Part, and Configuration Management processes or databases/tools.
• Experience with integration of PLM, ERP, MES data (Parts, Models, BOMs, etc.).
• Familiarity with MES and ERP platforms and tools.
• SQL and DB skills.
• C++, Visual Studio, JavaScript, Adobe Acrobat Development.
• Understanding of Digital Transformation, Model Based Enterprise (MBE), and Model Based Definition (MBD).
• Understanding of agile methodologies, or experience working on an Agile team.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $98,300 - $170,315. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
