This position will report to the Advanced Strategic Programs (ASP) Finance team in King of Prussia, PA and will support a multitude of program finance functions:
- EVMS Setup and Management (COBRA Tool)
- Establishing and Managing Program Management Baselines
- Support the Program EVMS Business Rhythm
- Support the Weekly/Monthly Financial Reports and Analysis
- Working with Program Management, Control Account Managers, Planning, Contracts, FP&A and other functional disciplines

Basic Qualifications:
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Proactive problem solver with critical thinking skills
- Proven effective analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Financial analysis or EVM or cost management or budgeting or any other related finance or business experiences
- Top Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
- Proficient with COBRA, SAP
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) standards, policies, procedures, and implementation as outlined in the Electronic Industries Alliance Standard-748 EVMS (EIA-748)
- Knowledge of Lockheed Martin EVMS Requirements (PPMP-01)
- Experience in multiple F&BO functions a plus (FP&A, Material, Production Operations, Contracts, Planning, Estimating, Cost Control)
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to identify process improvements and see ideas through to implementation
- Quick learner with aptitude for systems and processes
- Proactive self-starter
- Experience working with DCMA and EVM
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with pivot tables and significant Excel experience
- Experience working in a team environment
- Previous experience with detailed analysis of data
- Ability to balance competing priorities in a high-pressure environment
- Experience/Knowledge Earned Value techniques, Labor Charging, Tracking, Variance Reporting, and EAC's.
- 5+ years of related finance experiences preferably with EVM
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
