What you'll do:
- You'll work with a team of developers on the operations and sustainment of existing custom solutions in Power Platforms, conducting code reviews for custom code. As well as, designing, testing, and implementing new Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports, based on the customer's needs.
- You'll troubleshoot customer issues with the custom developed applications.
What you'll need to succeed:
- You have a current active DoD Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- 12 years of relevant experience with GitLab, secure development practices, or Microsoft 365
- Proficient in configuring and interpreting Static Application Security Testing (SAST) results, integrating it into CI/CD pipelines, and remediating vulnerabilities flagged during code reviews.
- Familiarity with GitLab workflows, branching strategies, and merge request reviews is essential.
- Experience building and maintaining Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level app development, including data connectors, governance, and performance optimization.
- Ability to support low-code/no-code solutions while scaling to meet complex organizational needs.
- Experience working in a Microsoft 365 development environment.
- You currently possess and have the ability to maintain a DoDI 8570 IAT Level II Certification, such as Security+ CE
SALARY RANGE: $147,000 - $161,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
- This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
- Performance-based bonuses
- Company-paid training and/or certifications
- Referral bonuses
