Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or 7+ years spectrum management experience
- Proficiency with spectrum tools (Spectrum XXI, JSIRO, HNWSDO, ACES/JACS, etc.)
- Familiarity with spectrum analyzers and SATCOM tools
- Active Secret clearance
Preferred:
- Joint or COCOM frequency management experience
- Graduation from DoD spectrum or SATCOM training programs
