Position Summary
ANSER is seeking a Foreign Military Sales Program Analyst to support JPEO-CBRND's Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. In this role you will ensure partner nations receive timely and effective CBRNE defense capabilities through coordinated acquisition and lifecycle management.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Track program milestones and execution across FMS cases.
- Support planning and sustainment for Partner Nation projects.
- Analyze program requirements and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain records of FMS activities and sales cases.
- Coordinate with Combatant Commands, DSCA, and DASA DEC.
- Support acquisition planning and life cycle logistics activities.
- Facilitate communication between U.S. and Partner Nation stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and monitor resource allocations.
- Conduct consequence management and technical escort operations analysis.
- Support design and delivery of sustainment and training strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, International Relations or similarly related field.
- 5 or more years of experience supporting CBRNE operations and consequence management; military experience preferred.
- Experience with program management and tracking abilities.
- Experience with FMS case management and DoD acquisition processes.
