Position Summary
ANSER is seeking a Senior Operations Research Analyst to provide advanced analytical, acquisition, and planning support for the Joint Program Manager (JPM) CBRN Sensors Joint Product Lead (JPdL) CBRN Integration. In this role you will conduct acquisition planning, research, and data analysis.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain key acquisition documents, including acquisition and testing strategies, and master schedules.
- Participate in program activities, technical meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
- Prepare and deliver programmatic presentations and documentation.
- Support testing, fielding, and site survey efforts for deployed CBDP systems.
- Analyze and model operational and technical data to inform decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program integration.
- Identify and assess risks associated with CBRN sensor programs.
- Develop recommendations to improve acquisition efficiency and performance.
- Ensure compliance with DoD acquisition and programmatic regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 10 years of experience including prior experience supporting Chemical Biological Defense Program (CBDP) enterprises.
- Prior experience supporting Programs of Record through data-driven decision-making, documentation, and fielding strategies.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in acquisition documentation and program integration.
- Demonstrated understanding of chemical and biological threat environments.
- Prior experience deploying CBDP systems in OCONUS environments.
