Opportunity:

Virtual Service Operations is searching for a senior, hands-on engineer to support one of our great clients by delivering ServiceNow administration, infrastructure engineering, licensing management, storage solutioning, and network security including firewall support while working onsite in Alexandria under an accelerated timeline.

Qualifications:

• 10 - 15 years of relevant, professional experience
• ServiceNow administration and configuration
• Firewall and network security tools (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA)
• Enterprise storage systems (e.g., NetApp, Dell EMC, SAN/NAS management)
• Software licensing management (tracking, compliance, entitlement management)
• General infrastructure engineering (Windows/Linux systems, virtualization, networking)

Requirements

• Must be within driving distance of Alexandria, VA OR willing to relocate there (Relocation Assistance Package Available)
• Must be willing to work onsite
• Must possess an active Secret clearance or above
• Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status.
