We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. LMS Administrator to join our Learning and Development team in San Diego (Torrey Pines), CA.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a part of a team, responsible for the administration and maintenance of the company's learning system technology to deliver online training objects to internal and/or external customers.
- Assists with data migrations, working with ITS, HRIS and outside vendors to test and troubleshoot systems issues, software release UAT/regression, etc.
- Supports development of LMS objectives, related processes, content generation and loading, assignment and (v)ILT event creation, reporting and dashboards.
- Maintains the integrity of training and SAP user profile records and related data integrations.
- The role will additionally be responsible for "triaging" GA-content development and updates, including taking initial requirements, prioritizing, and partnering with Instructional Design teams.
- Participates in establishing technical standards for the LMS, and other miscellaneous related services including implementations (e.g., vendor partners, content developers, APIs and more).
- May serve as a subject matter expert, training or communicating with the community of business users to maximize the utilization of system features to create and manage learning events, training modules, assessments and reports.
- Responsible for ensuring work is accomplished in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
- Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.

Job Qualifications
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training or a related discipline and ten or more years of progressive professional experience in a corporate Human Resources department. May substitute a certificate in human resources from a recognized organization and equivalent experience in lieu of education.
- Demonstrates a complete working knowledge and understanding of learning management solution principles, concepts, regulations and practices including interface requirements and data integrity protocols.
- Must be customer focused.
- Ability to identify issues, analyze and interpret data and organize, plan, schedule and coordinate innovative solutions to a variety of complex matters of diverse scope and nature.
- Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings to a variety of audiences including senior management and senior external parties.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and guide all levels of employees, including senior managers and senior external parties.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Experience with Articulate content development tool a plus.
- Ability to initiate, plan, and manage projects.
- Represent the company on external projects.
- Excellent computer skills.
