Program Overview
Provides technical targeting and all-source intelligence analysis to support the Client across the entire intelligence lifecycle. Delivers expertise in areas such as threat analysis, cybersecurity, signals analysis, and network intrusion, delivering mission-critical support for every aspect of the mission.
About The Role
The Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) will provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. The successful TTA candidate must leverage critical thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset in technical data exploitation, processing, and visualization, and be capable of independently leveraging collection to drive follow-on efforts in a highly collaborative manner. All team members are expected to positively support a blended team environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Required Qualifications
- Must possess an active, current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph;
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted in lieu of degree;
- 6+ years of experience crafting targeting deliverables, written products, and oral presentations;
- 3+ years of experience working with the IC;
- Experience leveraging targeting tools and databases to address technical gaps and challenges;
- Significant experience developing requirements, actioning those requirements, and producing written results, all of which require the ability to professionally conduct substantial outreach, coordination, and deconfliction with organizational stakeholders;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining effective relationships across the IC;
- Solid organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements
Desired Qualifications
- 11+ years of experience crafting targeting deliverables, written products, and oral presentations;
- 4+ years of experience working with the IC;
- Desire and willingness to travel domestically and/or overseas
