Job Description:
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Your primary focus will be on delivering a high-quality technical solution in the ServiceNow SPM, ITOM, and ITAM applications for an existing ServiceNow instance. Leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow, you will create seamless, user-friendly workflows and automated processes enhancing operational efficiency for our client.
This role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure technical deliverables meet organizational goals and adhere to industry and ServiceNow best practices. A strong background in ServiceNow development and implementation, coupled with proactive problem-solving skills, is essential. Adaptability to changing project requirements and delivering results in a fast-paced environment will make you a valuable team asset.
Required Skills:
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities.
• 10 years of experience in implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform.
• Implementation and support experience in ServiceNow SPM, ITOM, and/or ITAM.
• Experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining existing ServiceNow applications to ensure continued operations and scalability.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist in SPM, ITOM or ITAM.
