Job Description
Ennoble First is seeking a CAASM Deployment Engineer to support the implementation, operation, and sustainment of enterprise Continuous Asset Attack Surface Management (CAASM) capabilities. This role focuses on deploying, integrating, and maintaining CAASM solutions to provide authoritative asset visibility, attack surface awareness, and risk-informed decision support across complex Government environments.
The CAASM Deployment Engineer works closely with cybersecurity operations, engineering, and architecture teams to ensure accurate asset discovery, correlation, and continuous monitoring in support of Zero Trust and enterprise cybersecurity initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, operate, and sustain CAASM platforms in enterprise Government environments
- Integrate CAASM with security, IT, and cloud data sources including vulnerability scanners, endpoint platforms, identity systems, CMDBs, and cloud service providers
- Develop and maintain automated data ingestion, normalization, and correlation pipelines
- Develop scripts and automation to support CAASM deployment, configuration management, data handling, and sustainment activities
- Configure asset models, relationships, dashboards, and reporting to support operational decision-making
- Monitor platform health, data quality, ingestion pipelines, and system performance
- Troubleshoot data ingestion failures, integration issues, and asset correlation discrepancies
- Support cybersecurity operations by enabling asset-based risk prioritization and reporting
- Collaborate with SOC, engineering, and architecture teams to align CAASM capabilities with Zero Trust initiatives
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting cybersecurity, IT engineering, or security operations
- 3+ years of experience integrating security or IT platforms using APIs, connectors, or data pipelines
- 2+ years of experience deploying, hosting, monitoring, and securing solutions for Government customers
- Strong understanding of asset management, attack surface management, and cybersecurity tooling ecosystems
- Experience integrating data from vulnerability management, endpoint security, IAM, CMDB, and cloud platforms
- Experience administering Linux-based systems or cloud-hosted platforms
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility
Education
Associate's degree and 5+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities, or
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities, or
Master's degree and 1+ year of experience supporting IT projects and activities
Years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Certifications
DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, or CND)
Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.01-M Cybersecurity Service Provider - Infrastructure Support certification (e.g., CEH, CHFI, CFR, Cloud+, or CND) within 30 days of start date.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience deploying or operating CAASM platforms in production environments
- Experience supporting Zero Trust Architecture initiatives
- Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Tenable, Qualys, CrowdStrike, Splunk, or similar platforms
- Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community environments
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Compensation
Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000
The Ennoble First pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered include responsibilities of the role, education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, alignment with market data, and applicable laws.
