Help
- You will serve as the technical engineering expert on all HME systems onboard naval ships
- You will serve as a Technical Coordinator/Team Leader of organized teams with responsibility for functional checks, test and inspection, material condition assessment of major systems.
- You will conduct technical engineering investigations, research, and analysis for the solution of unusual or unprecedented technical engineering problems or in support of short and long-term engineering projects on assigned ships.
- You will anticipate and solve technical difficulties in attacking and resolving problems and making significant technical decisions.
- You will initiate and implement process improvement initiatives.
- You will develop and coordinate technical training for both within and outside of the NWRMC Engineering Department.
- You will act as design representative at meetings concerning problems encountered during ship inspection, repair and testing of HME systems/equipment.
