Applicants must possess bachelor's degree (or higher degree) that included 24 semester hours of mathematics and statistics, of which at least 12 semester hours were in mathematics, and 6 semester hours were in statistics. Meet the mathematics course requirement by having at least four of the following: differential calculus, integral calculus, advanced calculus, theory of equations, vector analysis, advanced algebra, linear algebra, mathematical logic, differential equations, or any other advanced course in mathematics for which one of these was a prerequisite. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts).
A combination of experience and education with at least 24 semester hours of mathematics and statistics, including at least 12 hours in mathematics and 6 hours in statistics, as shown above in A, plus appropriate experience or additional education. Meet the mathematics course requirement by having at least four of the following: differential calculus, integral calculus, advanced calculus, theory of equations, vector analysis, advanced algebra, linear algebra, mathematical logic, differential equations, or any other advanced course in mathematics for which one of these was a prerequisite. - You will serve as a mathematical Statistician for the Division (N32), interfacing current educational theories and techniques with mathematical and Statistician knowledge in keeping the mathematics within NEAS educationally and technically sound.

- You will generate and evaluate alternative solutions to problems using critical thinking and sound judgement.
