- You will implement maintenance and repair procedures on major modifications of systems previously assigned to the activity.
- You will maintain unusually complex systems that have frequent engineering changes such as in design, construction, operating and servicing procedures.
- You will work from manufacturer/ military specifications, schematics, block diagrams, and technical orders, determine the operation of circuits, locate points from which to take readings, analyze wiring layout and make visual inspections.
- You will use a variety of test equipment such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, signal/pulse generators, oscilloscopes, and power supplies to isolate component defects that the Automated Test Equipment cannot detect.
- You will assist engineering personnel in developing, debugging, or modifying diagnostic programs by recommending changes where necessary and identifying apparent contradictions between test specifications and test programs.
