Position Summary
ANSER is seeking a Senior Test Engineer who will oversee and execute test and evaluation activities for CBRN-related Programs of Record. In this role you will ensure compliance with DoD testing requirements and successful system configuration management across the CBDP enterprise.

Position Summary
ANSER is seeking a Senior Test Engineer who will oversee and execute test and evaluation activities for CBRN-related Programs of Record. In this role you will ensure compliance with DoD testing requirements and successful system configuration management across the CBDP enterprise.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Lead testing and evaluation efforts with the U.S. Army Evaluation Center.
- Manage configuration control of CBDP systems.
- Coordinate with Service and OSD test agencies to assess system capabilities.
- Develop acquisition and testing strategies for Programs of Record.
- Create and maintain master test schedules.
- Participate in acquisition planning and readiness reviews.
- Support development and delivery of programmatic test documentation.
- Oversee integration testing and ensure test readiness of systems.
- Analyze test results and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams for test execution and validation.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 10 or more years of experience with CBRN-related programs.
- Expertise with DoD test agencies and evaluation processes.
- Direct experience with configuration management and system validation.
- Proven success managing test documentation and acquisition deliverables.
- Strong understanding of chemical and biological threat systems.
