Summary:
Join TEKsystems on a mission to modernize network infrastructure across U.S. Air Force and Space Force bases worldwide. We are seeking Junior, Senior, and Advisor-level DS Engineers with active DoD Secret Clearance to support a high-impact Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM) contract.
Responsibilities:
Lead or support network design and implementation for wired infrastructure (OSP/ISP).
Conduct site surveys, develop design documentation, and oversee installation of fiber/copper cabling and network equipment.
Collaborate with government POCs to ensure timely execution and compliance.
Provide technical recommendations and manage small implementation teams.
Required Skills:
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Experience with OSP/ISP design, fiber/copper testing, and network installation.
Familiarity with MS Visio or CAD tools for design documentation.
Strong coordination and communication skills in DoD environments.
Preferred:
Knowledge of UPS systems, grounding, and AC power troubleshooting.
Prior experience supporting Air Force or Space Force IT upgrade projects.
