Role Overview
Independently manage complex system projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities include assembling project teams, assigning roles, identifying required resources, and developing schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Maintain a clear understanding of project scope, objectives, and team roles to effectively coordinate activities.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate potential issues, delays, and mitigation strategies promptly.
Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Provide regular progress updates to relevant audiences.
Manage all phases of assigned programs from inception through completion.
Oversee customer requirements related to cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Monitor deliverables and maintain continuous communication with project members.
Participate in requirements negotiations and manage changes.
Lead efforts in cost, schedule, scope, and risk management.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
Serve as the primary liaison between departments for project status and updates.
Inspire and guide project teams throughout the lifecycle, ensuring successful outcomes.
Recommend and implement improvements to IT’s Project Management Office (PMO).
Analyze processes and leverage data to drive organizational improvements.
Implement change management initiatives across systems and deliverables.
Lead process improvement initiatives from start to finish.
Update technical training materials and standard operating procedures.
Research and recommend enhancements to business processes for improved performance.
Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven experience managing large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, scheduling, and budgeting.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead, mentor, and guide large teams.
PMP certification recommended; Lean Six Sigma is preferred.
