HUMINT Collection Manager - Senior

Cherokee Analytics is seeking a HUMINT Collection Manager to support INSCOM.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay commensurate with experience.

HUMINT Collection Manager - Senior Responsibilities Include:
  • Conduct Collection Operations Management (COM) and intelligence analysis to support operational HUMINT oversight and risk mitigation.
  • Prepare intelligence reports and recommend courses of action to the Government on measures.
  • Assess HUMINT reporting against validated operational requirements.
  • Support the publication of HUMINT Operating Directives.
  • Provide feedback on the prioritization of HUMINT Collection Requirements Tasking, HUMINT operations in support of Army HUMINT Operations Cell (AHOC), Procedure 10, and source production reviews.
  • Develop Army HUMINT collection activity assessments.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned


HUMINT Collection Manager - Senior Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Current TS/SCI security clearance
  • Master's Degree
  • US Government all-source MOS or job producing analytical certification course or program.
  • HT-JCOE - Joint CI / HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course; or DIA Targeting Officer Course (Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC) or equivalent) or Intelligence Community (IC) equivalent.
  • Ten (10) full-time years of experience in a strategic CI-HUMINT Collection Management role.
  • Five (5) full-time years evaluating IIR's and providing critical thinking feedback to shape operations.
  • Seven (7) full-time years as an intelligence analyst in a Military Intelligence or IC role supporting CI, HUMINT, IdM, or other sensitive/specialized intelligence activities.
  • Knowledge of the Intelligence Cycle, CI-HUMINT operations, and CI-HUMINT Collection Management.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
  • Must have knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203, 206, 300, 501, 704 and 707 related to their duties.
  • Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as needed.
  • Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with NDI on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
