WHO YOU ARE:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Developer with expertise in full-stack application development. This role works closely with the client to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and analyze processes for technology solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
⦁ Develop, maintain, and enhance Oracle Forms and Reports to provide custom solutions for various customer needs
⦁ Write and optimize complex PL/SQL code, procedures, functions, and queries
⦁ Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Oracle Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL code
⦁ Design and implement scalable database objects such as tables, views, indexes, and sequences
⦁ Perform database tuning of Oracle database queries and code to ensure high system efficiency
⦁ Document technical specifications and user guides for all systems
⦁ Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
⦁ Utilize web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or Oracle APEX
WHAT WE REQUIRE:
Minimum Qualifications
⦁ 10 years of relevant experience developing software applications
⦁ Proficient in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation techniques
⦁ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about business needs
⦁ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong attention to detail
⦁ Experience with Oracle Application Server and Oracle Developer Suite
⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
⦁ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
⦁ Secret or Top Secret Clearance
⦁ 8140 / 8570 Certification
Preferred Qualifications
⦁ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles
⦁ Experience with version control systems such as Bitbucket, Git, or SVN
⦁ Experience with task and Agile management tools such as Jira, including ticket creation, issue tracking, and sprint planning
⦁ Experience working on remote teams and contributing to organizational success
