Program Financial Manager

The Opportunity

The Program Financial Manager will supervise and build financial forecasts for all types of Federal and Commercial contracts. They will share a portfolio of Federal Programs, Commercial Sales and Software Development cost centers with a team of 3 to 4 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a controller for their portfolio by approving costs, timecards and purchase Orders while managing their direct reports.
• Prepare Program financial forecasts across labor, material, subcontract, and ODCs.
• Oversee funding and mitigating risks regarding funding and invoicing
• Assist direct reports with their portfolio forecasts
• Prepare Time and Material, Cost Plus and Fixed Fee invoices
• Provide accurate and timely reports to Program Managers and Executive management for Program Management Reviews, Monthly Financial analysis and Incurred Cost Estimate submissions
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across the entire NTS project portfolio
• Prepare accruals for projects relating to expenses and revenues
• Work with procurement to ensure compliance and reasonableness for contractor acquired goods, services and subcontracts.
• Act as the major POC for all Operational Finance
