Title: Senior SAP EWM Consultant
Location: 100% Remote (with 25–50% travel)
Duration: 1+ Year Contract
Contract: Supporting Defense Logistics Agency
Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible for Public Trust
Overview:
We are seeking experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) consultants to join a long-term project supporting the Defense Logistics Agency. This role involves hands-on configuration, functional expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP EWM solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP EWM implementation.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and configure SAP EWM modules.
• Customize transportation zones, carrier profiles, rates, and optimization rules.
• Develop test scenarios, perform functional testing, and resolve defects.
• Create documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integration, data migration, and interface development.
• Stay current on SAP EWM enhancements and best practices.
• Support end-to-end testing and go-live activities.
Required Qualifications:
• 7–10 years of SAP EWM functional experience with hands-on configuration.
• Background in logistics, distribution, MIS, or IT.
• U.S. Citizen (eligible for Public Trust clearance).
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred:
• Experience integrating SAP EWM with ECC or S/4HANA.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
