Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking to hire a Systems Engineer (Level 2 or Level 3) to join its team. This position is in Roy, UT, Colorado Springs, CO, Bellevue, NE or Huntsville, NE and will support the Sentinel program. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force's sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure.

This position's standard work schedule is 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This position may be hired at the System Engineer or Principal Systems Engineer levels depending upon applicant qualifications.

Primary Level Salary Range: $79,300.00 - $131,400.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $163,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

- Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture (behavioral, structural, analytical).
- Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis.
- Develop unifying model techniques, procedures, and processes (for model development, tool integration, and team integration)

- Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs

- 1 year of experience in ICBM (MMIII or Sentinel) OR complex aerospace/defense systems
- 1 year of experience in team environments with leadership responsibilities
- 1 year of experience creating, updating, and maintaining system performance documentation
- Principal Systems Engineer (level 3) : Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of experience with bachelor's degree, 3 years of experience with master's degree, 1 year of experience with PhD
