Description:What You Will Be Doing:
This position supports the establishment of F-35 Component Depot Repair capabilities and expanding the sustainment network of repair sources. To achieve this objective, the candidate will:
- Manage depot capability activation projects from proposal through completion
- Coordinate and integrate with customer and supplier stakeholders
- Work with cross functional teams to analyze supplier/depot data to develop and execute plans
- Report and manage progress, challenges, and milestone completions for multiple parallel projects
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Baseline, execute, and hold accountability for project schedules to achieve on-time delivery of capabilities

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Background in Military, Defense, or aviation maintenance
- Experience with technical data
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, quality).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfortable presenting to internal and external leadership
-Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
- Up to 30 % domestic/international travel required for project milestone execution
Desired Skills:
- At least 3 years of project management in aerospace/defense
- Demonstrated success delivering multi-year, multi-budget contracts (e.g., IDIQ, Cost-Plus-Award-Fee) that include both infrastructure and technical elements
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent (IPMA Level A/B, DoD PM). • Earned Value Management (EVM) certification preferred. • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher highly desirable.
- Proficient in Tableau; xml coding
- Active Secret Security Clearance
