IADS C5ISR Analyst

We are looking for a seasoned Integrated Air Defense System(IADS) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Analyst to join our C4ISR team providing mission-critical analytic support to the warfighter and to national and joint-service customers. Typical tasks include using subject matter expertise and analytical tools to develop Datalink command system analysis, reporting on adversary C5ISR of system of systems IADS threats, modeling and simulation of C2 processes and procedures, and operational command analysis.

The successful candidate will provide information discovery, compilation, and analysis of adversary C4ISR characteristics, capabilities, performance, and vulnerabilities. They will report their findings documenting assessments, sources, methodologies, and uncertainties through official customer reporting mechanisms. The candidate's responsibilities will be to provide all-source analysis on combat systems, datalink operations, and C5ISR infrastructure. Additionally, they will perform analytic support, conduct peer reviews, and coordinate with relevant mission-partners within the intelligence community in the following IADS C5ISR areas:

• Datalink Operations
• IADS
• ISR
• SATCOM
• Electronic warfare
• Combat system operations
• Advanced technologies
• Tasking, collection, processing, exploitation and dissemination of space and ground-based information

Required Skills

• Must be self-motivated and work well in both team and individual settings
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and set priorities
• Knowledge of processes, databases, and tools of analytical tradecraft
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong technical writing skills (In accordance with ICD 203/206 standards)

Required Experience

• Experience in all-source intelligence analysis on foreign aerospace systems
• Experience with collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination of foreign or domestic space intelligence information
• Experience developing improved intelligence analytic methodologies
• Experience briefing decision makers on findings
• Experience writing analytic reports

Desired Qualifications

• BS Degree and four (8) years of All-Source C5ISR experience or 8 years' experience in lieu of degree
• Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
