Description

Position Overview: System High requires a technical lead to serve as the primary technical point of contact for contractor support to the fulfillment of technical tasks for an Intelligence Community (IC) customer. The technical lead will oversee the accomplishment of all contract tasks and ensure the delivery of the associated Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs).

Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to)
  • Maintain responsibility for all aspects of technical contract execution in support of the Program Manager.
  • Develop/provide guidance and direction to System High employees, subcontract teaming partners and consultants on policies with regards to technical program operations, execution of labor hours, extended work weeks, travel, comp time, etc.
  • Support the PM to maintain accountability for Profit and Loss (P&L) of assigned contract and should have Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, and Time & Materials contract experience.
  • Assist the PM in developing and presenting monthly or quarterly comprehensive Program Management Reviews to customers and/or corporate leadership.
  • Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and/or integration of the IA architecture, system or system component.
  • Ensure that the architecture and design of the IS will be functional and secure. This may include designs for programs of record systems and special purpose environments with platform IT interconnectivity.
  • May also be responsible for system or network designs that encompass multiple computers and networks to include those with differing data protections/classification requirements.
  • Provide Information Technology security engineering, integration services, technical assessments, and solutions, including analyzing the IS environment helping customers understand information security needs, defining system security requirements, designing system security architectures, developing and implementing detailed security designs and measures to safeguard information, and assessing information protection effectiveness.


Qualifications/Skills

  • Capability and demonstrated successful experience in planning, budgeting, recruiting, directing, coordinating, scheduling, and supervising the activities of professional technical personnel.
  • Ability to interface with clients and develop productive working relationships to meet mission objectives.
  • Independent self-starter, proactive, professional, and assertive.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; verbal and written.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professional confidentiality.
  • Experience leading personnel across multiple functional and geographic areas.
  • Available to work before/after typical office hours as requirements demand.
  • Travel may be required.

Clearance
  • TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required.


Qualifications

Years of Experience/Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM desired.
  • At least seven (7) years in IA technology or related field.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in each of the following:
  • telecommunications projects
  • networks and network security
  • planning, directing, and managing complex IT projects of enterprise level with over 100 technical employees.
  • Recent IC, DoD, or Government experience in IT, IA, Information Security, or Cybersecurity is required.

Certifications

One of the following certifications:
  • CISSP - ISSEP (Information Systems Security Engineering Professional)
  • CISSP - ISSAP (Information Systems Security Architecture Professional)

PLUS at least one of the following:
  • CASP - Comp TIA Advanced Security Professional
  • CISA - Certified Information Security Auditor
  • CISSP (for Associate) - Certified Information Systems Security Professional
  • GCED - Global IA Certified Enterprise Defender
  • GCIH - Global IA Certification Incident Handler
