Project Details / Mission Supported:
Our client delivers mission-critical IT services to U.S. government agencies, defense, and intelligence communities, as well as commercial clients worldwide. This will be a 3rd shift work schedule – 12 Midnight - 8 AM, Monday – Friday.
· Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
· Performing network monitoring, operations, and routine maintenance.
· Supporting end users with hardware/software needs and training.
· Applying updates, patches, and preventative maintenance for systems.
· Diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues using automated tools.
· Assisting with minor system tasks and field service support.
Education: Associate's Degree with 7+ years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience
Required Skillset:
· Perform STIGs & IAVA implementation for system devices, perform imaging of systems, CERP replacement, etc.
· Ability to interact with customers on a daily basis providing guidance and procedures concerning account requests, e-mail, home directories, file access/storage, local procedures, etc. as required to ensure mission success
· Perform Level I/II Active Directory functions such as unlocking accounts, creating and issuing accounts, etc.
Required Certification(s):
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II/8140 Computing Environment (CE) Certification as determined by the Program Manager is required prior to support on contract
• IAT II 8570/8140 Baseline Certification Security+ or equivalent
• Required Computing Environment Certification: MCSA Windows Server 2012, Solaris 10, Linux+, VCP5, Azure Administrator Fundamentals etc.
Location: Charlottesville, VA
Onsite expectation: Monday – Friday, 12 Midnight to 8 AM
Clearance Level: TS/SCI Clearance level
Salary/Pay range: $34.56/hr. plus paid Federal Holidays, paid sick leave and 2 weeks of PTO after the first year on contract
