Epsilon C5I is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Analyst with up to 5 years of experience to provide innovative imagery analysis solutions in support of intelligence production at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center. This GEOINT analyst will plan, conduct, and accomplish broad intelligence exploitation assignments while working as a part of a multi-organizational team with scientists, engineers, and other team analysts. May be called upon to assist with requirement development and deliver presentations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full-spectrum GEOINT analysis, including review and interpretation of all available GEOINT data to identify targets in accordance with requirement-defined Essential Elements of Information.
  • Perform analysis of electro-optical, infrared, synthetic aperture radar systems, advanced ISR capabilities, and associated interfaces with collection managers.
  • Manage, conduct, and coordinate GEOINT and imagery analysis of current and historical data in support of internal and external intelligence requirements.
  • Produce standard and non-standard imagery products, summary reports, and tailored mission-specific deliverables.
  • Execute analysis activities involving data and signal processing, target detection, and technique discovery across SL, Motion-GEOINT, and full-spectrum GEOINT mission threads.
  • Participate in team-based reporting, dissemination, and collaborative production of finished intelligence, including report writing and quality control.
  • Develop, maintain, and contribute to alternate dissemination methods such as GIS portals and dynamic GIS products.
  • Perform exploitation and analysis of data from Government-identified operational and developmental sensors.

Required Qualifications:

  • At a minimum, two years of college or technical training.
  • 5 years' experience processing and exploiting scientific/technical intelligence data.
  • Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
  • Applicant Must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, with SCI access.

  • In-depth knowledge of GEOINT collection sensors, capabilities, limitations, and production organizations within the intelligence community.
  • Strong research, project management, analytic, and technical writing skills.
  • Experienced briefing and presentation skills.
  • Must have ability to communicate requirements clearly with external partners.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective team player with highly proficient customer service skills.
  • Flexible and able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to perform imagery exploitation/analysis.
  • Proficiency in the exploitation of a variety of imagery data types to produce actionable intelligence.
  • Solid experience in pattern of life (POL) analysis, with the capability to identify, monitor, and document habitual behaviors and activities over time from imagery and various intelligence sources.
  • PIR data and data phenomenology.

  • Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).
  • Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, and walk.
