Bryn Neil is looking for multiple MBSE's to join our engineering team across the US- there are positions available in Centennial, CO, Dayton, OH, and Plano, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for owning systems architecture, modeling, requirements development, integration and verification for mission-critical C4ISR capabilities that support national-level command-and-control. The role is cross-functional: it interfaces with software, hardware, electrical, mechanical and test engineering, driving system-level design across the entire lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
*Decompose high-level requirements into actionable, traceable lower-level system requirements.
*Hands-on use of Cameo Systems Modeler to create SysML diagrams and model system behavior and architecture.
*Expertise in the front-end of the systems lifecycle — requirements definition, architecture modeling, interface definition.
Clearance: Secret or higher
Years of experience: 10+
Location: Denver, CO, Plano, TX OR Dayton, OH
Work Schedule: In office 2 days a week
Travel: Up to 25%
Qualifications:
*10+ years of experience with MBSE using SysML or Cameo
*10+ years of Systems Architecture & Requirements Engineering
* Multi-Disciplinary Integration experience
*Technical B.S. degree
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
