Deputy Project Director - Project Delivery Lead in Chicago, IL

Work You'll Do

As a Project Deliver y Lead o n the project, you will:

• Manage and lead a complex HMRF (Healthy Marriage & Responsible Fatherhood) program for a health sector client, to include managing budgets and work plans
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of a management information system; oversee data analysis & reporting, data archiving, training, and technical assistance provision
• Oversee the release of finished products for public release, such as briefs or reports for government agency clients, to ensure quality
• Leverage academic, professional, and technical expertise to conduct and oversee program evaluation efforts for the client
• Manage, mentor, and lead a team of Deloitte professionals

Qualifications

Required:

• PhD in Public Health or a related discipline
• 15+ years of professional experience in public health research and program evaluation
• Prior professional experience supporting HRMF (Healthy Marriage & Responsible Fatherhood) public health programs
• 10+ years of public health consulting experience
• 5+ years of experience managing program design, research, program evaluation, and program implementation projects
• Business development experience for public sector project work
• Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

This compensation range is specific to {insert location} and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or

near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,000 to $241,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
