- Conduct risk assessments and security audits of cloud systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Respond to and investigate security incidents related to cloud environments.
- Stay current with emerging cloud security technologies and threats.
- Automate security processes and controls using scripting and cloud-native tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cloud security or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with cloud security tools and technologies (e.g., IAM, encryption, firewalls, SIEM).
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, or GDPR.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCSK, CCSP, AWS Certified Security - Specialty) are a plus.
