Summary
The role of the Student Services Coordinator position is to be the primary point of contact for answering student questions and dealing with student issues not directly related to flying operations. The Student Services Coordinator will work with the students from before arrival until course graduation and will be responsible for correctly inputting student data into the MFT. The Student Services Coordinator will maintain and oversee the issue and return of student equipment provided by the PTC and will perform all administrative duties related to student training.

Summary

The Student Services Coordinator will maintain and oversee the issue and return of student equipment provided by the PTC and will perform all administrative duties related to student training.

- The primary point of contact in dealing with the students
- Be available to the students to answer non-flying related questions throughout the program
- Communicates with the students prior to arrival at the Pueblo Training Center (PTC)
- Gathers all information/documentation required by the FAA and PTC for the student to enter training
- Creates My Flight Training (MFT) accounts for each student
- Uploads all required documents into each student's MFT file
- Communicates with the Housing Coordinator
- Builds student training and testing backpacks
- Issues training backpack to the students on the first day of training and testing backpacks as required
- Builds student grade folders
- Coordinates with the Chief of Scheduling for any missing documents and/or information
- E-Mails the welcome package to the student Approx 2 weeks prior to arrival
- Is available to assist and answer student questions upon arrival at the PTC
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or greater
- 1+ year of Customer Experience
- 2+ year of experience using Microsoft Office products
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- History of prioritizing tasks and multitasking with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Highly proficient at using Microsoft Office products

Work Environment
- Duties performed in an office environment and manufacturing facility.
- Must be able to work overtime on and off-shifts as required.
- The employee is on call 24x7 for the resolution of problems and issues.

- Physical Requirement: constant sitting, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, dexterity to constantly use computer mouse, keyboard and phone
- Schedule requirements: Monday - Friday 0800 - 1600
- Business casual dress code
- Salary Range : $26.98/hour along with a Health and Welfare benefit
