Job Description
DESCRIPTION:
The contractor will support ACC as a Network Administrator , maintaining a robust cybersecurity program that protects AF IC information systems and ensures compliance with DoD, AF, IC, and ACC directives. The Network Administrator develops local cybersecurity programs, oversees security planning and documentation, and ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems within Wing and subordinate unit SCIFs. The contractor will also provide cybersecurity oversight for JWICS operations, collaborating with system administrators to ensure secure configuration, patching, and authorization compliance.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, implement, and maintain local unit Cybersecurity programs and security plans in accordance with ACC, AF, IC, and DoD policies.
Gather data, analyze compliance, and report on cybersecurity posture, POA&Ms, A&A workflow tools, patch management, IAVA compliance, DoD 8570 certifications, FISMA requirements, and ATO status.
Conduct Cybersecurity assessments and provide courses of action and recommendations to commanders and HHQs to improve Cybersecurity program effectiveness.
Deliver on-the-job training to government, contractor, and military personnel on cybersecurity tools, policies, and procedures.
Support secure JWICS operations by coordinating with system administrators on account management, domain controls, patching, and system configuration.
Analyze vulnerabilities, support remediation activities, and assist with investigations involving malware, spyware, Trojans, or unauthorized software.
Maintain documentation including security plans, policies, formal messages, presentations, background papers, and other administrative materials.
Apply qualitative and quantitative analytic methods to assess information, plan actions, and resolve complex security issues.
Work independently with minimal oversight while effectively collaborating with internal units and HHQ stakeholders.
Perform SCI security support functions within SCIF environments.

Required Skills
- Current TS/SCI clearance
IAT Level II certification - Security+
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including experience within the last 2 years
Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree plus 5 additional years (15 years total experience)
Demonstrated mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and ability to develop new or unique research approaches.
Proven ability to conduct in-depth analysis across organizational and IC boundaries and clearly articulate findings.
Ability to review analytic products for rigor, soundness of conclusions, and adherence to tradecraft standards.
