As a Supply Chain Program Manager, you will lead strategic cross-organizational initiatives to deliver strategic and operational excellence goals to enable Google's growth. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, establish program structure and governance, and create roadmaps to execute supply chain processes and systems transformation programs focused on delivering scalability and efficiency for Google supply chain.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in supply chain management including PLM (product lifecycle management), process or systems related transformation.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience driving change management across multiple disciplines and in related technical fields with global experience.
- Knowledge about product development, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management.
- Ability to navigate stakeholder relationships to lead strategic initiatives and manage change.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct project leadership, subject matter expertise, and build organizational support to drive strategic supply chain programs.
- Establish program structure and governance, formulate roadmaps, and meet cadence and communication plans.
- Define business requirements in conjunction with functional owners and subject matter experts to enhance or develop new supply chain capabilities.
- Structure and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives by developing operational plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing compelling, insightful recommendations.
- Drive speed, quality, and simplification by eliminating rework loops, reducing and automating manual work, identifying and implementing best practices, and minimizing process variability through standardization and automation.
