Description:
Provides top-level technical expertise in AI/ML systems programming, configuration, and analysis. Builds, deploys, and maintains ML systems in production. Implements solutions, optimizes models for scale, builds pipelines, APIs, and monitoring systems.
Ensures compliance with CMMC and DoD architectures. Works with project management on schedules and technical direction. Writes design documents, white papers, coding standards, and supports QA reviews. Mentors junior developers.
Required Experience:

Required Experience:
- Bachelor's in CS, Mathematics, or related field.
- 7-10 years performing similar functions on Commercial/DoD projects.
- Strong Python, C++, Java engineering skills.
- ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- ML Ops tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker).
- Docker/Kubernetes, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- CI/CD for ML, monitoring, drift detection.
- Experience building scalable APIs/microservices.
Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD security clearance.
