What You’ll Do:
Market Research and Analysis
• Conduct research on public sector market trends, procurement processes, and potential opportunities.
• Analyze competitive landscape and identify solutions and key differentiators.
Business Development
• Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
• Support the development and execution of strategic business development plans.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Support building and maintaining relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
• Assist in managing existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving issues or concerns
CRM Administration
• Serve as the primary CRM administrator for multiple sales verticals, ensuring platform functionality aligns with business needs.
• Configure CRM objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, workflow rules, and process automation.
• Maintain data accuracy through data entry, regular audits, and cleanup processes.
• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and system access.
• Ensure proper integration between the CRM application and related tools and applications (O365, GovWin, etc.)
Proposal and Presentation Support
• Help prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials tailored for public sector clients.
• Support client meetings and presentations to support the sales team.
Sales Operations
• Assist with sales, pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination efforts.
Solicitation Responses
• Assist assigned Capture Managers in responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to secure public sector contracts.
• Support the preparation and submission of proposals, data calls, and deliverables within the Business to Government (B2G) and Business to Business (B2B) space.
Collaboration and Coordination
• Work closely with marketing, growth, operations and solution development to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and client engagement.
• Support collaboration with business units to develop and refine sales strategies and tactics.
Minimum Qualifications/What You’ll Bring:
• Experience in using problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience in organizational and time management, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in written and verbal communications.
• Proficiency in using office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint).
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Nice to Haves:
• Associate or bachelor’s degree, or current enrollment in a college or university.
• Experience in Contracting, Logistics, Operations, Acquisitions, Engineering Support, or Administration.
• Experience interacting with B2B and B2G Customer/Organization Relationships and Communication.
• Familiarity with DoD/DoW procurement processes, operational planning, or project coordination.
• Willingness to learn business development tools and methodologies.
• Interest in obtaining Business Development, Capture, APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) certification, or Salesforce Administration certification.
Education/Credentials:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• US Citizenship is required for consideration, as this job requires a US government security clearance.
