Role Overview
As an Systems Integration & Test Engineer, you will develop, integrate, and test complex hardware and software systems. You'll translate customer requirements into technical solutions, ensuring seamless system performance from lab testing to flight operations.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and execute test procedures and plans for in-house and COTS components, subsystems, and systems.
• Translate customer requirements into practical test solutions, considering technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Define input/output parameters, solve hardware/software interface issues, and ensure subsystem and system integration.
• Conduct subsystem and system-level testing, analyze results, and produce detailed evaluation reports.
• Coordinate testing activities across teams and programs.
• Identify and document discrepancies; perform regression testing to validate fixes.
Work Environment
• Secure facility requiring special access.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with system or subsystem-level testing.
• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance to start, with ability to obtain full Secret clearance.
• Willingness to work extended hours, nights, weekends, or alternate shifts.
Desired Skills:
• 2+ years professional experience with a Bachelor's, or 1+ year with a Master's degree
• Certified Test Conductor (CTC) or equivalent
• Experience with automation frameworks and lab/ground/flight hardware integration
• Knowledge of RF subsystems and components (antennas, transmitters, receivers, amplifiers, mixers, frequency circuits)
• Experience with COTS integration, troubleshooting, and ground support equipment (GSE)
• Background in military, launch vehicle, spacecraft, or aircraft system testing
• Familiarity with test instrumentation, data acquisition, and controls logic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with occasional travel
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
