Position Overview

System High Corporation delivers the most advanced protection and secrecy solutions to secure and strengthen critical missions, programs, operations, and intelligence activities. We are seeking a Network/System Administrator I to help contribute to our success and help us solve problems with innovation through intelligence.

The Network/System Administrator I will organize, install, secure, and support a government organization's IT infrastructure-including LANs, WANs, network segments, intranets, servers, workstations, and related data communication systems. This role includes architecting and analyzing network models, participating in hardware/software upgrade decisions, and providing technical support to end users.

This position supports Special Access Programs (SAPs) and Department of Defense (DoD) agencies such as HQ Air Force, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), and related Military Components. The administrator will provide day-to-day support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and SAP activities.

Duties include, but not limited to:
  • Ability to operate under supervision
  • Execute day-to-day management and operations of systems and networks.
  • Follow Operations and Maintenance (O&M) checklists (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly).
  • Develop and maintain Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Operate enterprise SIEM tools and create/tailor complex event alarms, rules, and reports.
  • Assist in analyzing technical risk for emerging cybersecurity tools and processes.
  • Support and participate in security incident response activities as needed.
  • Provide technical support to end users for troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
  • Operate effectively under supervision while managing assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications

Clearance
  • Current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
  • Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information
  • Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph

Years of Experience
  • 1-3 of related experience
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience (4 years)

Certifications
  • Must meet position and certification requirements outlined in DoD Directive 8570.01-M for Information Assurance Technician Level 1 within 6 months of the date of hire
